Job Summary
In-home, associate veterinarian role with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in the Milwaukee-Mequon area. Mobile hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families, delivering compassionate, patient-centered veterinary services outside a traditional clinic. Flexible part-time (2–5 days/week) schedule with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, mentorship and onboarding support, and a guaranteed base salary of $45,000/year for part-time positions plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Opportunities for full-time schedules (3, 4, or 5 days) available upon request. Located in Mequon, WI, serving Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent) and eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
- Experience with hospice and euthanasia preferred
- Strong communication and compassion for clients and patients
- Ability to work independently in a mobile, in-home setting
- Flexibility to accommodate 2-5 day-per-week schedule
