Job Summary
In-home, mobile veterinary hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in Toledo, OH and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. Part-time position offering a guaranteed base salary of $45,000 annually with bonus opportunities and benefits, plus comprehensive onboarding and mentorship. Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from AVMA-accredited college
- Active veterinary license in good standing in Ohio
- Ability to perform euthanasia and hospice care with compassion
- Excellent communication and empathy with clients and families
- Capability to work independently in home-based settings
- Comfort with in-home visits and mobility across Toledo and surrounding areas
- Mentorship and onboarding willingness
- Commitment to work-life balance and flexible scheduling
- Experience in or willingness to engage in hospice and palliative veterinary care
