Job Summary
In-home veterinary hospice and euthanasia care provided as a mobile veterinarian for pets and families. The role supports flexible scheduling (2–5 days per week) and offers the opportunity to practice independently within Lap of Love’s supportive framework, including onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing guidance while serving clients in their homes. Eligible candidates join a collaborative network of veterinarians and support professionals, delivering compassionate end-of-life care with a focus on work–life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed veterinarian in the state of Ohio
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Active veterinary license
- clear client communication skills
- ability to perform euthanasia compassionately
- mobility to travel to client homes
