In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role focusing on hospice and euthanasia care for pets in Newton, NJ and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, enabling meaningful conversations with families and a balanced life. Practice medicine with purpose outside traditional clinics, receiving ongoing onboarding, mentorship, and access to a 24/7/365 support network while working independently in clients’ homes.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent
- Active veterinary license in New Jersey
- Experience in hospice or end-of-life care preferred
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Excellent client communication skills
- Compassionate and emotionally supportive care approach
- Mobility to perform in-home visits
