Job Summary
In-home, associate veterinarian role in Central New Jersey focusing on hospice and euthanasia care for pets, practicing veterinary medicine in a mobile setting with families, while maintaining work-life balance. Flexible 2–5 day/week schedule with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, mentorship and onboarding support, and a base salary with bonus opportunities. Must be a licensed veterinarian who can provide compassionate end-of-life care in clients’ homes and collaborate with a network of mentors and practice managers to deliver meaningful veterinary care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed DVM in good standing
- Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- Experience with hospice and end-of-life care a plus
- Ability to perform euthanasia as part of hospice care
- Strong communication skills with pet families
- Ability to work independently in a mobile, in-home setting
- Comfort with flexible scheduling and part-time hours
