Job Summary
In-Home Mobile Associate Veterinarian opportunity in Delaware County, PA for Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice. Practice hospice and euthanasia care at clients’ homes, serving pets and families in a fully mobile, in-home setting. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, allowing time for meaningful family interactions. Enjoy a supportive culture with onboarding, mentorship, and access to experienced leadership while practicing independently in a mobile model. Base salary offered for part-time roles is $55,000 annually with bonus opportunities and benefits; full-time arrangements (3–5 days) available upon request.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed veterinarian in Pennsylvania (DVM/VMD)
- Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care in-home
- Comfort with home-visit model and travel between client homes in Delaware County area
- Strong communication and empathy skills
