In-Home, Associate Veterinarian role with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice focusing on mobile hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in the Toledo, OH area. Flat base salary for part-time (2-day per week) opportunities with a guaranteed annual base of $45,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefits; full-time options (3–5 days) available with compensation details provided on request. Flexible schedules (2–5 days/week), ~3–4 patient appointments per day, independent practice within a supportive team, ongoing onboarding and mentorship, and a culture that emphasizes work-life balance and compassionate, family-centered veterinary care. Required Qualifications
