Job Summary
In-Home, Associate Veterinarian role with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice, providing hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes in Westchester County, NY (and surrounding areas) as a mobile veterinarian. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, support from mentorship and onboarding, and opportunities for base salary with bonus eligibility; part-time opportunities available in the Westchester County area with a focus on professional fulfillment and personal balance.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Active veterinary license in good standing in New York (and Florida where applicable)
- Eligibility for in-home veterinary practice
- Experience or comfort with hospice and euthanasia care (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in mobile/at-home settings
- Strong communication with pet families and teams
