Job Summary
Marketing Talent Strategist to support Lap of Love’s Marketing Department. Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that attract compassionate veterinarians and veterinary students. Build meaningful connections through digital, social, events, and email, leveraging CRM to drive qualified leads. This role operates in a remote capacity with scheduling aligned to 8AM-5PM ET and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer; location: Kennett Square, PA. Travel required 10-15% to conferences and events. Salary $65,000–$70,000 plus quarterly bonus potential. Lap of Love provides in-home end-of-life veterinary care nationwide.
