In-Home, Associate Veterinarian position with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in the Jersey Shore, NJ area. Mobile hospice veterinary care providing compassionate euthanasia and end-of-life services to pets and families, with flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, ~3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, mentorship and onboarding support, and a base salary of $65,000/year plus bonuses. Works within a community of veterinarians offering independent practice with professional fulfillment and work-life balance. Location specifics include Allenwood, NJ and Jersey Shore, NJ region. Key duties include delivering humane veterinary hospice care, client communication, and autonomous mobile practice in clients’ homes, with opportunities for mentorship and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent
- Active veterinary license in good standing
- ability to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care
