In-home mobile veterinary hospice role providing compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in the Baltimore-Annapolis, MD area. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. Opportunity to practice independently within Lap of Love's supportive culture, with comprehensive onboarding and mentorship, while maintaining work-life balance. Requires DVM/MD license and ability to deliver respectful, client-centered end-of-life care.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in MD
- Associate Veterinarian responsibilities in home hospice and euthanasia context
- Strong client communication and compassion for families
- Ability to work independently with mentorship support
