Job Summary
In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas. Provide hospice and euthanasia care in clients’ homes, joining a community of veterinarians and support professionals. Enjoy a flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule, with ample time for families and emotionally meaningful patient care, plus onboarding, mentorship, and 24/7/365 support. Locations include Cincinnati and Ashtabula, OH; travel to client homes is inherent to the role, allowing practice outside traditional clinics. Competitive base salary for part-time opportunities ($45,000 annually) with bonus opportunities and benefits; opportunities for mentorship and professional fulfillment within a clinician-led, veterinarian-owned practice.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- valid veterinary license in good standing in Ohio
- ability to perform in-home veterinary services including hospice and euthanasia
- excellent communication and compassion for animals and families
- flexible schedule availability for 2-5 days per week
