Job Summary
Provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary care to pets and families in Olympia and surrounding areas, practicing independently as part of Lap of Love's mobile veterinary team. Deliver patient-focused medical care with 3-4 un-rushed appointments per day, flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, and access to mentorship and onboarding. Role emphasizes meaningfully engaging with clients, supporting families during difficult moments, and delivering high-quality veterinary services in a home setting.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- state veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
- ability to perform in-home hospice and euthanasia care
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
