Job Summary
As an In-Home, Associate Veterinarian with Lap of Love, you’ll provide hospice and euthanasia veterinary care in pets’ homes in Providence and surrounding areas, practicing mobile veterinary medicine with purpose and a balanced schedule. The role offers flexible 2–5 day-per-week arrangements, with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, allowing deep time with families. You’ll join a network of over 400 veterinarians and support staff, benefit from onboarding and mentorship, and access a 24/7/365 Support Center while delivering compassionate care directly in clients’ homes. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Valid Rhode Island veterinary license (RI)
- Ability to practice veterinary medicine in home/mobile setting
- Experience or interest in hospice and euthanasia care (preferred)
