In-Home, Part-Time Associate Veterinarian role with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Cherry Hill Township, NJ and surrounding areas. Mobile hospice veterinary care providing compassionate end-of-life services for pets and families. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, mentorship and support resources, and guaranteed base salary of $65,000 annually for part-time roles plus bonus opportunities. Opportunity to practice independently within a supportive team of 400+ veterinarians and dedicated practice managers, with onboarding and ongoing professional development. Locations include Cherry Hill Township and Waterford Works, NJ. The role emphasizes work-life balance, emotional fulfillment, and living your best life while delivering meaningful veterinary care.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinarian licensed (or eligible for licensure) in New Jersey
- Experience in veterinary hospice or in-home care preferred
- Ability to perform euthanasia in a compassionate manner
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently with mentorship available
- Flexible scheduling availability including 2-5 days per week
- Comfort with mobile/in-home practice model
