In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role in Suffolk County, NY, providing hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, practice medicine with purpose, and receive onboarding, mentorship, and 24/7 support while working independently in a home-visits setting. Must have a DVM and NY veterinary license, with comfort performing in-home hospice care and travel within the area; opportunities for bonus earnings beyond a base salary and benefits are available.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in NY
- Ability to perform hospice and euthanasia care in-home
- Strong communication skills with families
- Comfort with in-home visits and travel within Suffolk County, NY
