In-Home, Associate Veterinarian position in the Westchester County, NY area, serving pets and their families through Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice. Role emphasizes mobile hospice and euthanasia care with a flexible, part-time schedule (2-day/week availability, with potential for more days). Typical day includes 3–4 un-rushed appointments, compassionate client communication, and practice mentorship and onboarding support. Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited college
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in New York or Connecticut (state-specific licensure)
- Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care in-home
- Experience with mobile/in-home veterinary services is a plus
- Comfort with flexible schedules and occasional travel within the service area
