Job Summary
In-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary role with Lap of Love’s mobile practice serving Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas. Provide compassionate end-of-life care to pets in clients’ homes, with a flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule and an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. Opportunity for mentorship, onboarding support, and a fulfilling alternative to traditional clinic practice, enabling professional autonomy within a supported team.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in Ohio or Kentucky
- Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care in-home
- Comfort with in-home visits and travel within service area
- Strong communication skills with pet families
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
