Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent
- Licensed veterinarian in good standing in the state of Ohio (or ability to obtain license)
- Eligibility to provide hospice and euthanasia care in home settings
- Ability to work flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules and travel to client homes
