Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program
- Active veterinary license in good standing
- Eligibility to practice in Ohio and New Jersey (state-specific requirements)

- Comfort with home-visit clinical workflows
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with mentors
