Job Summary
In-home/mobile veterinary hospice Associate Veterinarian position in Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients’ homes with flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, averaging 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, and opportunities for mentorship and onboarding support. This role emphasizes work-life balance, autonomy in practice, and meaningful patient and client interactions within a mobile practice model.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Current valid veterinary license in good standing (US)
- Eligibility to practice veterinary medicine in the states of WI and/or MD as applicable
- Ability to perform hospice and euthanasia care
- Strong communication and compassionate client interaction skills
- Ability to work independently in an in-home/mobile setting
