In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice. Practice hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in Toledo, OH and surrounding areas, delivering compassionate, personalized care outside traditional clinics. Role emphasizes independent practice with ongoing mentorship, flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, and meaningful patient-family interactions (roughly 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day). Join a supportive network of veterinarians and practice managers, with onboarding and 24/7/365 support. Emphasis on work-life balance and professional fulfillment in a mobile, at-home setting.
Required Qualifications
- DVM degree or equivalent veterinary degree
- Licensed veterinarian or eligibility for veterinary license in Ohio
- Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care
- Comfort with in-home/mobile practice
- Strong communication and empathy skills
