Job Summary
Practice medicine independently across diverse clinical settings including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care with full clinical autonomy and no production quotas. Work 1–3 days per week with a guaranteed biweekly salary, where you choose your days while a dedicated coordinator builds your schedule in advance. Earn additional income by picking up extra shifts, which can be paid out or converted to PTO. Maintain active licensure and DEA registration while gaining exposure to varied hospital environments under the support of medical leadership and a collaborative community.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
