Job Summary
Practice medicine independently across diverse clinical settings including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care while maintaining clinical autonomy. Work 1–3 days per week with a guaranteed biweekly salary, where you choose your specific days and schedule is built in advance by a dedicated coordinator. Earn additional income by picking up extra shifts, which can be paid out or converted into PTO. Receive ongoing mentorship from medical leadership, access to a veterinary social worker, and professional development opportunities. No production quotas or restrictive non-competes apply.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
