Job Summary
Conduct independent small animal veterinary practice across trusted hospital settings with clinical autonomy and no production quotas. Manage patient care in diverse specialties including surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care while working 1–3 days per week with a guaranteed biweekly salary. Coordinate with dedicated medical leadership and mentorship for ongoing support, utilizing access to a veterinary social worker and professional development resources.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
