Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising, and shrink reduction goals through cross-training in multiple areas. Participate in safety awareness and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
