Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery initiatives, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness programs to reduce shrink. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This part-time role offers flexibility to support business needs and includes an associate discount, EAP, and eligibility for additional benefits after meeting service or hours requirements. Located at the North Kingstown, RI HomeGoods store, starting pay is $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
