Part-time associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, supports a positive store culture, accurately rings purchases/returns, promotes credit and loyalty programs, upholds merchandising procedures, processes merchandise for the sales floor, participates in store recovery, and contributes to safety and loss-prevention efforts. Uses strong communication and organizational skills, works with peers and supervisors, and can adapt to flexible schedules.
