Job Summary
Part Time Associate at TJX Companies (HomeGoods) delivering a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging with customers, processing purchases, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting merchandising and store operations. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, participating in safety and loss-prevention practices, maintaining organization and cleanliness, and contributing to a positive store culture. Skills emphasized: customer service, effective communication, multitasking, adaptability to changes, teamwork, ability to lift objects, and adherence to labor laws and procedures. Required Qualifications
- Retail customer experience preferred
