Part Time Associate Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary
Greet visitors and patients in person, by telephone, or via video conferencing while entering and updating patient demographic and financial information. Obtain applications and forms, confirm signatures, and photocopy or scan documents as needed. Provide financial responsibility information, collect patient liabilities, document amounts, and balance the cash box daily. Coordinate patient admission needs, bed assignments, and tracking boards where applicable. Meet or exceed audit accuracy standards by working worklists and error reports timely. Provide wayfinding instructions and assist with hospital information as requested. Work cooperatively with partnering departments to ensure all aspects of the patient's encounter are completed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting or professional work environment
- Beginner level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Must be 18 years of age or older
