Part Time Associate Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary
Greets visitors and patients in person or via telephone/video, enters and updates patient demographic and financial information, and obtains applications with signatures. Collects patient liabilities, balances the cash box daily, and coordinates patient admission needs, bed assignments, and tracking boards. Provides wayfinding instructions, works with partnering departments to complete encounter aspects, and meets audit accuracy standards by addressing error reports. Schedule includes Week 1 and 2 Mondays through Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, plus Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $29.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting or professional work environment
- Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to work the following schedule
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 4:00pm - 8:00pm
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 4:00pm - 8:00pm
- Thursday and Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Must be 18 years of age or older
