Part Time Associate Patient Care Coordinator

Greet visitors and patients in person while communicating via telephone or video conferencing. Handle confidential information appropriately and prioritize needs by assessing and analyzing information to identify immediate emergency situations. Enter and update patient demographic and financial information, ensuring patients are fully registered early in the process. Obtain applications and forms, confirm signatures, and photocopy or scan documents as needed. Provide financial responsibility information, collect liabilities, document amounts, and balance the cash box daily. Collaborate with partnering departments to ensure all aspects of the patient's encounter are completed. Offer wayfinding instructions and assist with hospital information requests. Meet or exceed audit accuracy standards and resolve error reports timely. Work on a rotating schedule from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
