Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Perform merchandising duties to uphold store philosophy, support store recovery as needed, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
