Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging equipment. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration. Requires a DDS/DMD degree, current state license, and Nitrous Oxide certification. Guaranteed base pay of $106.25 per hour with uncapped earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Saturdays only
