Job Summary
Associate Dentist needed for Saturdays only at Benevis in Lake Charles, LA. Join a mission-driven practice delivering high-quality dental care to underserved families and a team-focused environment. Responsibilities include providing dental services with a supportive team, using DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Patient base includes children (primarily ages 3-21) and up to 30% adults; office flow comprises 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients. Benefits include guaranteed base pay of $106.25 per hour with uncapped earning potential, insurance options (FT providers), disability and life insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage, paid holidays and time off, CE reimbursements, and license/certification dues reimbursements. VISA and Green Card sponsorship available. Requires DDS/DMD from an accredited program, current license (or licensure eligibility), CPR/DEA, Nitrous Oxide certification (where required), and a compassionate approach to care. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc. certifications as required
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to providing dental care to both children and adults
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development
- Experience or ability to work with pediatric and adult patient base (ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults)
- Ability to utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Participation in company-sponsored training and compliance programs
- VISA and Green Card sponsorship available
