Job Summary
Part-time Associate Dentist needed for Saturdays to join a nationwide dental practice focused on delivering quality care to underserved families. Responsibilities include providing dental services to patients with the support of a clinical team, utilizing DentaPro software, digital imaging (x-ray and Panorex), and modern equipment. Participate in team-oriented patient care with a schedule designed to balance clinical duties and patient flow (approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day across a typical clinic). Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training; collaborate with a hygienist and dental assistants per provider; serve a patient base that includes children and adults (primarily ages 3-21, up to 30% adults). Offer a guaranteed base pay with potential for uncapped earnings; benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance options for full-time providers, disability and life insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage, paid holidays and PTO, and CE reimbursements; visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
