Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at Chase in West Miami, serving clients with welcoming, attentive service. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, opening new accounts, processing day-to-day transactions, educating clients on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building trusted client relationships, and supporting branch operations while complying with policies and regulations. Demonstrates strong client-service orientation, effective communication, empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration with the team to deliver a high-quality client experience.
Required Qualifications
