Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase delivers welcoming, attentive service and builds trusted client relationships in a branch setting. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking in clients and scheduling meetings, handling day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with policies, educating clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and supporting branch operations (cash devices, cash vault, ATMs) while delivering a seamless, knowledgeable client experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service, ability to learn products quickly, clear communication, empathy, and collaboration with team members to meet clients' financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
