Associate Banker responsibilities include greeting clients and delivering attentive service to create a welcoming branch environment; manage lobby traffic, check clients into waiting queues, and schedule/cancel meetings. Handle day-to-day transactions, open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on using technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs anytime. Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and product knowledge, introducing clients to specialists to help achieve financial goals. Perform branch operations including managing cash devices in accordance with bank procedures.
