Associate Banker role focusing on delivering hospitality and concise service in a Chase branch. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, greeting clients, managing lobby flow, scheduling and handling meetings, assisting with daily transactions, opening new accounts in compliance with policies, educating clients on digital banking (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building meaningful client relationships by listening and sharing product knowledge, and performing branch operations such as cash devices while adhering to bank procedures. Must learn products, services, and procedures quickly and demonstrate strong client-service orientation.
