Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to branch clients by greeting guests, managing lobby traffic, and orchestrating meetings; assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs; build meaningful relationships through active listening and product knowledge, and connect clients with experts to help achieve financial goals; perform branch operations such as managing cash devices (e.g., cash vault, ATMs) while adhering to bank policies; work with the team to deliver a seamless client experience and continuously learn products, services, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
- Ability to build trusted relationships
- Strong communication skills
