Job Summary
Associate Banker responsible for delivering welcoming customer service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings. Open new accounts, comply with policies and regulatory requirements, educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), build meaningful client relationships, and support branch operations including cash devices. Collaborate with teammates to provide seamless service and help clients achieve their financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
