Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase responsible for creating a welcoming branch environment, greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and assisting with day-to-day transactions including opening new accounts. Educates clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and builds trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients with product knowledge and experts. Performs branch operations and cash handling while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborates with team to deliver seamless service and meet clients’ financial goals.
