Part Time Associate Banker North Central (30 hours)

Provide attentive, friendly in-branch service to clients at the Cypress, TX location. Greet clients, manage lobby flow, check clients into waiting queues, and schedule/cancel meetings. Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enable self-service. Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, guiding clients to appropriate solutions and Chase experts. Perform branch operations including cash devices in line with bank procedures. Must quickly learn products, services, and procedures and demonstrate a client-first approach with collaborative teamwork to deliver a seamless experience.
