Job Summary
Deliver attentive and friendly service to branch clients, greet customers, manage lobby traffic, and schedule meetings. Exceed client expectations by assisting with day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and banking requirements. Educate clients on technology self-service options including Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, build trusted relationships, and introduce clients to available specialists. Perform branch operations such as handling cash devices (ATM/cash vault) while maintaining adherence to bank procedures, and collaborate with teammates to provide a seamless, high-quality client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
