Job Summary
As an Associate Banker at Chase, deliver welcoming, hospitality-driven service to branch clients, assist with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and build meaningful client relationships by understanding needs and connecting them with appropriate financial solutions. Responsibilities include managing lobby flow, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, handling branch operations and cash devices in compliance with policies, and collaborating with team to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service
- Ability to build trusted relationships
- Ability to engage clients and understand their needs
- Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Ability to elevate the client experience through teamwork
- Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and empathetic listening skills
