Job Summary
Provide friendly, attentive service in a Chase branch by welcoming clients, managing lobby flow, checking in clients, and scheduling meetings. Support day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to empower their banking experience. Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, thoughtful questions, empathy, and sharing product knowledge to connect clients with our team of experts. Perform branch operations as needed (e.g., cash devices) while adhering to bank policies. Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative approach to deliver an enhanced, seamless client experience.
Required Qualifications
