Job Summary
As an Associate Banker, deliver attentive and friendly service, greet clients, manage lobby flow, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings. Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs, build trusted client relationships, and refer to experts to help achieve financial goals. Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, and collaborate with team to provide seamless service with care and sincerity. Demonstrate product knowledge, problem-solve effectively, and learn products and procedures to elevate the client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
