Job Summary
Provide attentive, friendly service in a Chase branch by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and assisting with day-to-day transactions including opening new accounts; educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enhance their banking experience; build meaningful client relationships through active listening, Empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals; assist with branch operations and cash handling in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; work as part of a team to deliver seamless, sincere service and a welcoming branch environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
- Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations
