Job Summary
Part Time Associate Banker in Chattanooga at Chase. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, opening and processing transactions and new accounts, educating clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building trusted client relationships, and performing branch operations while adhering to policies. Must deliver friendly, attentive service, anticipate client needs, and work collaboratively with the team to provide a seamless client experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and the ability to quickly learn products and procedures; cash handling experience is a plus.
